We actively engage with communities at the grassroots to help understand their lived realities and needs, and create enabling spaces and support systems. Our continuous and sustained engagements with the communities through Listening Circles aim to hold and strengthen community, identify and mentor potential community leaders, and also understand specific livelihoods and well-being needs the community may have.
Also, we believe that building strong support networks is imperative to strengthening the equal rights movement for the LGBTQ+. That is why our mode of working, as well as a direct goal for us is to build networks, and facilitate exchange of knowledge, skills and experiences across the geography that we work in. We strive to bring individuals, collectives, and organisations together through various projects, initiatives and dialogues to help build a network that can leverage the strengths, connections and expertise of each of the members, both individual and organisations, and in the process the network also serves as a space to brainstorm, collaborate, find solidarity and support.
